With a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement (which is referred to as KAIZEN across Bridgestone), team members are invited to participate in the annual BMSA awards focused on quality, safety, the environment and project achievements. The record number of participants in our recent Awards program reflected the shared passion and dedication that drives our Bridgestone Essence.

Evaluating the award entries, judges considered several factors including: added value of the innovation; overall methodology of concept development; engagement across the business; and impact with respect to sustainability, social responsibility and ongoing potential.
Managing Director Andy Davies said that he was impressed with the significant impact that the award-winning entries are already bringing to BMSA and our customers, and he looks forward to seeing new concepts and ideas being presented as KAIZEN continues to build across the business.
