Mobile Service

BMSA maintains service resources in 14 locations around Australia that include fully qualified tyre fitters and mobile fitting equipment that can attend to customer sites. All BMSA OTR tyre fitters have completed nationally recognised training in RII (Resources and Infrastructure Industry) Certificate II in Surface Extraction Operations – Tyre Servicing for Heavy Duty Equipment.

BMSA understand the necessity of risk mitigation, high quality materials and workmanship with in the process. This includes the key points of utilising materials, which provide the characteristics required by the specific tyre and achieving the optimal vulcanisation conditions. This approach ensures the customer receives a safe, durable and cost effective repair, regardless of the repair class or location of damage.

The purpose of the Quality Mission Statement (hereafter QMS) is to empower our future direction based on the spirit of our founder, Shojiro Ishibashi, by bringing the proud heritage of quality and continual improvement to new generations of Bridgestone employees.

BMSA recognizes the expectations that employees, customers and the wider community have; and the requirements of work health and safety laws; that employers protect both employees and non-employees (including contractors, visitors and members of the wider community) against risks to their health and safety whilst at work, or in the workplace.

BMSA is committed to be on the offensive to search for detect and eliminate, so far as is reasonably practicable, any possible areas of risk to safety. BMSA understands that everyone in the business, irrespective of position, has an important role to play, and the business necessity in preventing so far as we can any person being hurt at our workplaces.

To support your employees keeping the workplace safe, BMSA undertake to:

  • Develop and implement effective procedures to systematically identify hazards, assess risks and eliminate or control risk to the lowest level reasonably practicable
  • Provide a mechanism for communication and consultation with employees
  • Develop and implement systems of work that are safe and without risk
  • Provide premises that are safe and without risk to health
  • Provide plant (machinery equipment and appliances) and substances used in the workplace that are safe and without risk
  • Provide adequate information, instruction, training and supervision to employees and
  • Provide adequate facilities for the welfare of employees

The success of our health and safety management is measured by monitoring and reviewing the proactive requirements of our systems to ensure agreed standards of compliance are met and opportunities for improvement are identified.
