BMSA Supervisors Gain New Leadership Skills

Well done to our On-Site Service Supervisors from the Hunter Valley area who have recently completed cluster one of the Certificate IV Leadership and Management Training Program. Delivered by the Australian College of Mining, the 12-month program is designed to provide leadership tools for our supervisors. Our National Learning and Development Manager Melissa Lyons and the rest of the organisation are already seeing a transformation in leadership skills of the participants in areas such as team management, customer engagement and work process streamlining.
