BMSA also have the capability to deploy tyre-fitting service crews based in customer locations. As the BMSA crew is embedded on-site, they become part of the customer operation and help the customer focus on safety, lower costs and increase productivity. BMSA service crews partner with the customer to develop a tyre management plan which can include but not limited to tyre rotation scheduling, fleet inspections, tyre removal criteria, tyre repairs, inventory management, storage and handling.
As a registered training organisation (RTO #90415), BMSA offers employees and customers Certificate II courses in tyre servicing and in-house tyre repair as well as independent units of competency that result in nationally recognised accreditation. Our accredited trainer assessors come from diverse industry backgrounds including engineering and education. The training also includes insight into OTR tyre design, materials and structural performance. This program provides trainees with a basis for more informed decision making relating to tyre application safety. The training and assessment covers tyre servicing for vehicles with rim sizes ranging from 16 inch to 63 inch.
