Bridgestone Completes Acquisition of Otraco from Downer
Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia Pty. Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Otraco International Pty Ltd, an Off-the-Road tire management solutions provider, from Downer EDI Limited, after getting regulatory approvals and satisfying other customary conditions.
